How to create multiple contracts in Bolisaty?

Raising a collection request through Bolisaty can be a bit confusing so we are suggesting a few ways to make it easier both for the customers and Averda. One of which is creating multiple contracts in the Bolisaty system based on the following scenarios below:

1. You have general waste and recycling waste collection services with Averda.
2. You have more than one container size for your general waste collection services.
3. You have more than one container size for your general waste collection and you have recycling waste collection services as well.
4. You have multiple shipping locations. Please note that if you have multiple shipping locations, you will have to consider points 1, 2 and 3 for each shipping location.

For general waste, we create one contract per container size. What this means is you will have to create 2 separate contracts if you have a 1.1CBM bin and 5CBM skip with us.

We would also encourage you to follow the naming convention below so it is easier to choose the contract you want to use when raising a collection request. The naming convention is outlined below.

• For General Wastes: Container Size & Type of Waste-Location-Company Name = 1.1CBMGEN-Mussafah-ABCCompany.
• For Recyclable Wastes: Type of Waste-Location-Company Name = RECY-Mussafah-ABCCompany or TIN-Mussafah-ABCCompany or OIL-Mussafah-ABCCompany.

Take note that when creating contracts for recycling, we need to separate them into 3 categories: 

• Category 1 is Cardboard/Carton, Paper and Plastic
• Category 2 is Tin
• Category 3 is Oil

You have general waste and recycling waste collection services with  Averda .

Example:

• General waste = 1.1CBM Gen Waste
• Recyclable waste = Cardboard/Carton, Paper, Plastic, Tin and Used Oil
• Shipping Location = Mussafah 26

You will create 4 contracts.

You have more than one container size for your general waste collection services.

Example:

• General waste = 1.1CBM Gen Waste and 5CBM Gen Waste Skip
• Recyclable waste = No
• Shipping Location = Mussafah 26

You will create 2 contracts.

You have more than one container size for your general waste collection and you have recycling waste collection services as well.

Example:

• General waste = 1.1CBM Gen Waste and 5CBM Gen Waste Skip
• Recyclable waste = Cardboard/carton, Paper, Plastic, Tin
• Shipping Location = Mussafah 26

You will create 4 contracts.

You have multiple shipping locations. Please note that if you have multiple shipping locations, you will have to consider points 1, 2 and 3 for each shipping location.

Example:

Location 1: Mussafah 26

• General waste = 1.1CBM Gen Waste
• Recyclable waste = No

Location 2: Marina Street Opposite Marina Mall

• General waste = 1.1CBM Gen Waste and 5CBM Gen Waste Skip
• Recyclable waste = Cardboard/carton, Paper, Plastic, Tin

You will have to create 5 contracts in this case: 1 for Location 1 and 4 for Location 2.
